شروط الخدمة

Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases of Relievoo Digital products (the Pumping Kit, the Birth & Hospital Bag Pack and bundles). Your bank statement may show our previous store name, YearWise, for a short while.

Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your own household. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally: a download link is shown after checkout and sent in your order confirmation email. Nothing is shipped. Please keep a copy of your files.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Limited-time offers end on the date shown on the site and are applied automatically at checkout while they run.

Health information

The content is general information to help you stay organised. It is not medical advice and does not replace your midwife, doctor, health visitor or lactation consultant. If something feels wrong, always seek professional advice.

Refunds

See our refund policy for our 14-day promise.
