Returns and exchanges

You just had a baby. Returns shouldn’t be one more thing. Here’s exactly how the 90-day trial, returns, exchanges and warranty work, with nothing hidden elsewhere.

Size exchanges

Need a different size or length? Free size exchanges within 90 days of delivery, subject to availability. We cover the shipping both ways on your first exchange.

90-day trial

You have 90 days from delivery to try your leggings. Within that time, you can return your order for a refund.

Condition of items

Worn and washed items are accepted during the trial.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is defective or we made a mistake, we pay for it.

Your refund

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of the item reaching us. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Multi-pair orders

If you bought several pairs together and return only some, your refund is the per-pair price you paid for those pairs.

Defective or wrong item

If your legging arrives with a defect or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it, at no cost to you.

How to start

1. Write to us through our contact page with your order number and what you’d like to do.
2. We’ll look at it with you and help if we can. If you’d still like to send it back, we’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back. We’ll let you know when it arrives.

12-month warranty

Every pair comes with a 12-month warranty against defects, starting on the delivery date. External damage isn’t covered. If a defect appears, contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it.
