Where we ship

We ship within the US only: the 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Delivery time

Delivery in the US takes 3–5 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all US orders.

Tracking

You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

If your order is delayed

If we can’t deliver in that time, we’ll email you with a new date. You can then accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn’t moved in 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, write to us through our contact page and we’ll make it right. Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we can’t cover a lost or stolen package, so please contact the carrier first.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 60 minutes of ordering. We can’t change an address once an order has shipped.
