Your usual size gives a firmer hold. One size up feels lighter and is easier to pull on. Between two sizes, go with the larger one.
How to measure
- Waist. Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep it snug, not tight.
- Hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part.
- Length. Measure a legging you already love, from the crotch seam to the hem.
Three lengths
- Full Length. At the ankle
- 7/8. Just above the ankle
- Short. Above the knee
